Free UK shipping

Every order to a UK address ships free, no minimum spend required.

Handling time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. During busier periods this may run to the higher end of that window; we'll flag it at checkout if it does.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days. All UK orders are sent with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Business days run Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. An order placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend is processed from the next working day.

Order tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress. If tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll look into it directly with the courier.

Delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to correct an address after ordering, email us as soon as possible. We can amend it before dispatch, but not once a parcel is with the courier.
