Is shipping really free?

Yes. Every UK order ships free with tracking, no minimum spend.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, then arrive within 5 to 8 business days once shipped. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Are your dresses actually long-sleeve, or just "long-sleeve" in the photo?

Genuinely long-sleeve. We check the sleeve length and neckline on every style before it's listed, so what you see is what arrives.

What if the fit or fabric isn't right?

Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it's unworn with tags attached. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the full detail.

Do you offer exchanges?

Not directly. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, email us the dress you're considering and we'll help you decide.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can amend or cancel it. Once it's with the courier, it will need to go through our standard returns process instead.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not currently. We ship within the UK only, and will update this page if that changes.

How do I track my order?

Your dispatch confirmation email includes a tracking number and link. If it hasn't updated within 3 business days, contact us and we'll chase it with the courier.
