2. The contract

These terms govern the sale of goods to you. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.

3. Your status and use of the site

You may buy from us if you are 18 or over and able to enter a legally binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information when you order and to use the site only for lawful purposes. Product availability is not guaranteed, and the site may be unavailable from time to time.

4. How the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and will not charge you.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take payment through our payment provider. If a price is shown incorrectly, we will contact you before dispatch.

6. Our rights to cancel the contract

We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. We will refund any payment taken.

7. Our liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your own misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, carrier disruption, or supply failures.

9. Intellectual property rights

All content on this site, including text, images, and the Ondine London name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission. The Ondine London name and logo are our trade marks and may not be used without our written consent.

10. Other important terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. You may not transfer yours without our consent. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
